Im Bereich Human Resources bei Hirslanden in Bern suchen wir eine extrovertierte Fachkraft, welche unsere Organisation in einem herausfordernden Arbeitsmarkt mit Engagement massgeblich prägen und weiterbringen kann. Das Rekrutierungs-Team im HR verantwortet die Personalgewinnung für Hirslanden in Bern. Konkret für unsere drei stationären Kliniken Beau-Site, Permanence und Salem-Spital, für das Kompetenzzentrum für Sportmedizin Medical Center Wankdorf, das ambulante Operationszentrum OPERA Bern und zentralen Fachbereiche in der Spitaladministration an mehreren Standorten in Bern.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Du stellst eine effektive und effiziente Personalgewinnung von Fach- und Führungspersonal sicher und begleitest den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess -- von der Stellenpublikation bis und mit dem Personal-Onboarding * Du berätst und begleitest Führungskräfte auf allen Hierarchiestufen kompetent und arbeitest dabei partnerschaftlich mit ihnen zusammen * Du führst ein kleines Team (zwei Rekrutierungspartner und eine Praktikantin) und entwickelst es kontinuierlich weiter * Du gestaltest den regionalen Arbeitgeberauftritt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Marketing * Du entwickelst die Rekrutierungs-Prozesse zukunftsorientiert weiter und stellst eine positive Candidate Experience sicher -- in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen HR und den zentralen HR Services im Corporate Office Zürich

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Du verfügst über einen tertiären Abschluss (Uni, FH, HF) in Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder vergleichbar mit Weiterbildung in HR und Fokus auf Personalrekrutierung * Weiter bringst du fundierte HR-Facherfahrung mit Leistungsausweis im gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess und in Personalmarketing mit * Erfahrung in der fachlichen und personellen Führung von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal konntest du ebenfalls bereits sammeln * Als Mensch zeichnet dich Kontaktfreudigkeit, Empathie, hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Organisationstalent aus * Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind mündlich und schriftlich sehr gut, Englisch bereitet dir ebenfalls keine Mühe und in der Anwendung der gängigen MS-Office-Programme bis zu versiert, Kenntnisse in SAP und SuccessFactors von Vorteil
