Vos tâches

  • Membre de la direction et participation au développement stratégique et organisationnel au niveau de l-office et du département
  • Direction technique et du personnel d-une petite équipe dans les domaines de l-administration, de la comptabilité, de l-informatique et de la numérisation
  • Responsabilité de la comptabilité incluant le budget, les comptes annuels et le rapport de gestion en collaboration avec la direction de l-office
  • Responsable de la coordination, de la priorisation et du développement des thèmes liés à l-informatique et à la numérisation
  • Soutien à la direction de l-office dans la gestion du personnel et des projets ainsi que garantie des processus administratifs et organisationnels

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale avec formation complémentaire en tant que gestionnaire en comptabilité ; un diplôme de haute école spécialisée, même dans un autre domaine, est un avantage
  • Expérience avérée en gestion ainsi qu-un style de leadership coopératif et respectueux
  • Connaissances ou qualifications supplémentaires dans les domaines des ressources humaines, du droit, de l-informatique et de la numérisation sont un atout
  • Volonté de prendre en charge des tâches et responsabilités supplémentaires
  • Excellente expression écrite ainsi qu-expérience dans la rédaction de correspondances administratives et juridiques exigeantes
  • Grand sens de l-organisation, flexibilité, très bonnes compétences en communication et grande compétence sociale
  • Grand sens des responsabilités, fiabilité, résistance au stress et capacité de persuasion
  • Goût pour le changement ainsi que capacité à façonner et à promouvoir activement les développements
