Aufgaben ####

Ihr abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet umfasst:

Finanzwesen:

  • Leitung Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung inkl. Mahnwesen
  • Verantwortlich für die korrekte Erstellung der MwSt-Abrechnungen
  • Erstellung der Quartalsabschlüsse und des Jahresabschlusses (Finalisierung durch Treuhänder)
  • Bearbeiten von allgemeinen administrativen Buchhaltungsarbeiten
  • Ansprechpartner für die Revisionsstelle

Personalwesen:

  • Selbstständiges Führen der gesamten Personaladministration
  • Organisieren des Rekrutierungsprozesses
  • Verantwortlich für die reibungslosen Lohnzahlungen
  • Abrechnungen im Sozialversicherungswesen (Unfall- und Krankentaggelder, Familienzulagen, Quellensteuer)
  • Erstellen diverser Lohnmeldungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter/innen bei Fragen zu Gehaltsabrechnungen, Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherung

Administration:

  • Telefon, E-Mail, Post Ein- und Ausgang
  • Eröffnen der Projekte für die Projektleiter im Sorba-System
  • Schreiben von Rechnungen, Offerten und Devis nach Vorlage (Sorba)
  • Bewirtschaftung der Baustellen für das Baustellen-App der Mitarbeiter
  • Allgemeine Sekretariatsarbeiten
  • Kurzum - alles, was in einem Sekretariat so anfällt

Anforderungen ####

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und Weiterbildung mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits in einem Bau- oder Handwerksbetrieb gearbeitet
  • Gute Zahlenaffinität und Freude an vielseitigen administrativen Aufgaben
  • Kenntnisse im Bauprogramm SORBA von Vorteil
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägtem Dienstleistungsverständnis
  • Auch in hektischen Situationen bewahren Sie Ruhe und behalten den Überblick
  • Teamgeist, Engagement und eine positive, unkomplizierte Art
  • Stilsichere und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Wunschalter 40 - 55 Jahre
