Leitung Administration 80\-100% Die BEKAG vertritt rund 4'400 Aerztinnen und Aerzte gegenüber Politik, Behörden und Öffentlichkeit — seit 1809\. Unser Sekretariat ist die Drehscheibe des Verbands: Mitgliederwesen, Gremien, Anlässe. Diese Drehscheibe leiten Sie. Ihre Rolle Sie führen ein Team von drei Mitarbeitenden und verantworten den administrativen Betrieb des Sekretariats. Sie berichten direkt an die Geschäftsführung und arbeiten eng mit dem Vorstand und Mandatnehmenden zusammen. Sie stellen sicher, dass Vorstand, Kommissionen und Delegiertenversammlung gut vorbereitet tagen — von der Buchung des Lokals bis zum Protokoll. Sie sind Ansprechperson für Mitglieder, Behörden und Partnerorganisationen, auf Deutsch und ösisch. Sie betreuen Mitgliederwesen und Mitgliederdatenbank und entwickeln Abläufe weiter. Sie organisieren Anlässe und Projekte und koordinieren externe Partner.
