  Gestalte mit uns gemeinsam einen neuen Ort voller Leben, Herzlichkeit und Genuss im Baselbiet.   Lausen BL | Neuer Standort | Start mit Perspektive Die Gelegenheit, den Aufbau einer neuen Senevita-Filiale aktiv mitzugestalten. Wir haben im November 2025 einen modernen Neubau für betreutes Wohnen und Pflege in Lausen (Basel-Land) eröffnet. Ein Ort, an dem sich Bewohnende, Gäste und Mitarbeitende wohlfühlen sollen. Mit insgesamt 40 Pflegezimmern, 34 betreuten Wohneinheiten und einem öffentlichen Restaurant. Für diese spannende Aufgabe suchen wir eine erfahrene und engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die von Anfang an dabei sein möchte. Du arbeitest eng mit mir als Geschäftsführerin zusammen und hast dabei viel Raum für eigene Ideen, Kreativität und Mitbestimmung.

Deine Aufgaben - verantwortungsvoll & vielseitig ##

Fachaufgaben Administration

  •  Unterstützt und vertritt seine Kollegen am Empfang
  • Organisation und Kontrolle eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in der Administration (Rezeption, Telefonzentrale, Sekretariat, Abrechnung, Büromaterialverwaltung)
  • Sicherstellung der vollständigen und korrekten Abrechnung aller Dienstleistungen gegenüber Bewohnerinnen und externen Leistungsempfängerinnen
  • Umsetzung von Neuerungen und Optimierungen in administrativen Prozessen
  • Koordination der Ferienwohnungsbelegung inkl. Kontaktpflege mit Privaten, Firmen, Behörde
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung, Pflegedienst- sowie Bereichsleitungen (Gastronomie, Technik, Sicherheit, Hausdienst) bei administrativen Aufgaben
  • Verfassen von Protokollen während interner Sitzungen und Meetings
  • Debitorenmanagement
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen
  • Unterstützung bei Marketing- und Vermietungsaktivitäten
  • Kontrolle und Kontierung der Kreditorenrechnungen sowie Unterstützung beim Monatsabschluss
  • Mitarbeit bei Budgetierungen und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs
  • Verantwortung für die eigene Weiterbildung und Weitergabe von Fachwissen

Das bringst du mit - fachlich & menschlich ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  •  Weiterbildung Rechnungswesen von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung in der Administration, vorzugsweise im Gesundheitswesen
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Selbstständigkeit und Diskretion
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
