Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Debitoren, Kreditoren, Mahnwesen und Monatsabschlüssen
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten und reibungslosen Finanzwesens
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Finanz\- und Administrationsprozessen
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung des Administrationsteams
  • Koordination und Priorisierung administrativer Aufgaben
  • Ausbau und Optimierung interner Abläufe und Strukturen
  • Sicherstellung eines professionellen Informationsflusses innerhalb des Unternehmens
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung
