Im Rahmen der Geschäftsstelle des non\-profit Vereins [VUE – naturemade](/):

Allgemeine Administration des Vereins

Mitgliederbetreuung und Kundenpflege, telefonisch und schriftlich (vor allem deutsch und ösisch)

Betreuung Kunden\- und Lizenzdatenbank, inkl. Auswertungen und Rechnungswesen

Administrative, organisatorische Vor\- und Nachbereitung von Vereinssitzungen

Informationen/Versände an Mitglieder aufbereiten und abwickeln

Verschiedene Korrespondenz, selbständig und als Unterstützung der anderen Mitarbeitenden

Vertragswesen, insbesondere Lizenzverträge zur Nutzung der Marke naturemade

Auftrags\- und Rechnungswesen, Kreditoren\- und Debitorenverwaltung

Vorbereitung und Qualitätssicherung der externen Buchhaltung, Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses und Begleitung der Revision

Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Events und der Erarbeitung von PR\-Materialien

Du übernimmst zudem Stellvertretungen im 3\-köpfigen Sekretariat von Brandes Energie.

Was wir suchen…

kaufmännischer Abschluss und einige Jahre Berufserfahrung

deutsche Muttersprache und gute ösischkenntnisse, Englisch\- und Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

selbständige, team\- und kundenorientierte, sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise

Flair für Zahlen und Übung im Umgang mit Datenbanken (insb. MS Dynamics) Die gängigen EDV\-Kenntnisse (MS Office) werden vorausgesetzt.
