Engagieren Sie sich mit uns für die Vision einer solidarischen Gesellschaft, als Leitung Asylzentrum 100 % (m/w/d) Caritas Schweiz führt seit März 2024 im Auftrag des kantonalen Sozialamts (KSA) an mehreren Standorten im Kanton Zürich Asylzentren für Familien, Einzelpersonen und unbegleitete minderjährige Asylsuchende (MNA). Infolge einer Nachbesetzung suchen wir für ein MNA\\-Zentrum eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Zentrumsleitung. Ihre Aufgaben \\\< \\\>Umsetzung des Leistungsauftrags des Kantonalen Sozialamts Zürich (KSA) auf Basis des Einzelvertrages des Standortes und Rahmenvertrages für MNA\\-Wohngruppen sowie weiterer Regelwerke \\\\\< \\\>Verantwortung für die Unterbringung, Betreuung, Integration und Sicherheit der minderjährigen Asylsuchenden (MNA) \\\\\< \\\>Gesamtverantwortung für die Personalplanung, Personalführung und Personalentwicklung \\\\\< \\\>Finanzverantwortung für Budgets und Kostenstelle sowie für administrative Abläufe und wirtschaftlichen Einsatz von Ressourcen \\\\\< \\\>Verantwortung für die Betreuungs\\-, Auftragsabwicklungs\\- und Dokumentationsqualität sowie für die Umsetzung von Arbeitsprozessen und strukturellen Anpassungen \\\\\< \\\>Verantwortung für die stufengerechte Weitergabe von Informationen und Sicherstellung der internen sowie externen Kommunikation \\\\\< \\\>Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kanton, der Beistandschaft und weiteren Partnerschaften, zentralen Fachbereichsleitungen und anderen MNA\\-Standorten\\ Unsere Anforderungen \\\< \\\>Universitäts\\- oder Fachhochschulabschluss im Sozialbereich / Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar \\\\\< \\\>Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft und Management von NPO \\\\\< \\\>Mehrjährige sozialpädagogische Arbeitserfahrung in der Betreuung von MNA sowie Fachkenntnisse im Asyl\\- und Migrationsbereich \\\\\< \\\>Ausgewiesene Personalführungserfahrung \\\\\< \\\>Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und Partnerschaften \\\\\< \\\>Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Entscheidungsfreude \\\\\< \\\>Hohe Resilienz und Belastbarkeit \\\\\< \\\>Unternehmerisches und vernetztes Denken und Handeln \\\\\< \\\>Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse \\\\\< \\\>Interkulturelle Kompetenzen \\\\\< \\\>Konfliktinterventionskompetenzen\\\\Arbeitsort: Kanton Zürich Arbeitsbeginn: Nach Vereinbarung\\ Caritas bietet attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen und ein offenes Arbeitsklima am Puls gesellschaftlicher Themen.
