Im Oberaargau fertigen wir mit 35 Mitarbeitenden hochwertige Fensterlösungen mit einem tollen Team-Spirit. Wir pflegen Schweizer Qualität, zuverlässige Partnerschaften und echte Handwerkskunst.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine Leitung AVOR / Projektleitung Fenster und Mitunternehmer/in 80-100%.

Wer du bist - Du verfügst über eine Berufsausbildung in der Baubranche wie beispielsweise Schreiner/in EFZ, Zimmermann / Zimmerin EFZ, Hochbauzeichner/in EFZ oder Metallbauplaner/in EFZ - Du bringst Erfahrung im Bereich AVOR / Projektleitung mit, am besten im Bereich Fenster & Türen - Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und hast Erfahrung mit CAD. 3E Kenntnisse sind ein grosses Plus - Du arbeitest strukturiert und dienstleistungsorientiert - Du hast Freude am Kundenkontakt, an der Arbeit in einem kleinen Team und an einer neuen Herausforderung

Deine Herausforderung & Was die Stelle besonders macht - Du bist Teil des Leadership-Teams als Mitunternehmer und trägst signifikant zur Firmenentwicklung bei - Du leitest das AVOR / Projektleitung und baust ein Champions-League Team auf - Du leitest eigenständig anspruchsvolle Fensterbau-Projekte von A-Z - Du konfigurierst die Produkte in der Branchen-Softwarelösung und erstellst CAD-Konstruktionspläne - Du koordinierst und stehst im engen Austausch mit den Kunden und deinen Kolleg/innen (insb. Produktion und Montage) - Du stellst einen reibungslosen Projektverlauf sicher inkl. Montage, Nachbearbeitung, Dokumentation und Nachkalkulation
