Das Case Management der Stadt Zürich unterstützt erkrankte oder verunfallte Mitarbeitende beim Erhalt der Arbeitsfähigkeit und bei der Reintegration in den Arbeitsprozess und ist Teil des Bereiches Gesundheit\- und Case Management.

Für die Leitung eines unserer beiden Case\-Management\-Teams suchen wir eine Führungspersönlichkeit, die gemeinsam mit dem Leitungsteam die fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs aktiv mitgestaltet.

Aufgaben

  • Sie führen 11 Mitarbeitende, geben dabei Orientierung, setzen klare Prioritäten und schaffen Rahmenbedingungen für eine wirkungsvolle Zusammenarbeit.
  • Sie stellen zusammen mit der zweiten Teamleitung die qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung des Case Managements sicher und entwickeln es kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Sie beraten Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und HR\-Fachpersonen aus verschiedenen Dienstabteilungen in den unterschiedlichsten Berufsfeldern.
  • Sie übernehmen für einzelne Fälle das Case Management und planen geeignete Massnahmen für die Reintegration in den Arbeitsprozess.
  • Sie koordinieren und vernetzen interne und externe Ansprechstellen wie Führungspersonen, HR\-Fachpersonen, medizinisches Fachpersonal, Sozialversicherungen und weitere Beteiligte.

Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der beruflichen Reintegration oder im Case Management sowie vertiefte Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungsrecht.
  • Führungs\- und Projektmanagementerfahrung, vorzugsweise in der öffentlichen Verwaltung, im politisch geprägten Umfeld und/oder einer grösseren Organisation.
  • Konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie Freude daran, Entwicklungen frühzeitig zu erkennen, eigene Ideen einzubringen und Themen aktiv voranzutreiben.
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs\- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie eine lösungs\- und ressourcenorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Ein gutes Verständnis und Interesse für betriebswirtschaftliche, medizinische und arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen.
  • Fachhochschulabschluss im Gesundheits\- oder Sozialwesen, in Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
