Als Leitung Controlling bist Du Sparringspartner:in der Geschäftsleitung und sorgst mit fundierten Analysen, aussagekräftigen Kennzahlen und einem transparenten Reporting für eine nachhaltige Unternehmenssteuerung. Du verbindest strategisches Denken mit operativer Umsetzung und schaffst damit die Grundlage für fundierte Entscheidungen.

Leitung Controlling im Gesundheitswesen (80–100 %) ====================================================

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst den Controlling\-Bereich und entwickelst ihn fachlich und organisatorisch weiter
  • Du entwickelst ein gruppenweites Steuerungs\- und Kennzahlensystem
  • Du verantwortest die Budgetierung, die Forecasts sowie Wirtschaftlichkeits\- und Investitionsanalysen für unsere Unternehmen und Standorte
  • Du erstellst ein aussagekräftiges Management\-Reporting für die Geschäftsleitung und den Verwaltungsrat
  • Du analysierst Leistungs\-, Kosten\- und Fallstrukturen im Gesundheitswesen und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Du verantwortest die Betriebsbuchhaltung unter Berücksichtigung der REKOLE®\-Standards
  • Du stellst die fristgerechte Datenlieferung für die Krankenhausstatistik, SDEP, ITAR\_K sowie weitere externe Stellen sicher
  • Du erstellst Ad\-hoc\-Analysen und Reports für unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen
  • Du treibst die Digitalisierung und Optimierung unserer Controlling\-Prozesse und Datenstrukturen voran

Das bringst Du mit

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (FH oder Universität) oder eine gleichwertige Aus\- und Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder Controlling
  • Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung im Controlling eines Spitals oder einer Organisation im Gesundheitswesen – diese setzen wir für die Position voraus
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und ein gutes Gespür für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Eine unternehmerische Denkweise, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Veränderungen mitzugestalten
  • Hohe IT\-Affinität sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und ein dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten
