Unter dem Motto «Selbständigkeit als Chance» unterstützt die Stiftung Arbeitsrappen seit über vierzig Jahren arbeitslose oder von Arbeitslosigkeit bedrohte Menschen auf ihrem Weg in die berufliche Selbständigkeit – mit zinslosen Darlehen, fachlicher Begleitung und Coaching. Für die Leitung unserer Geschäftsstelle suchen wir per sofort eine engagierte, kommunikative und selbständig agierende Persönlichkeit, die die administrativen Abläufe der Stiftung professionell führt, den Stiftungsrat wirkungsvoll unterstützt und unsere Sichtbarkeit weiter stärkt. Wir bieten eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit, ein hohes Mass an Selbstorganisation und Gestaltungsspielraum und ein flexibles Arbeitsumfeld an sehr attraktiver Lage in Basel.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich: • Führung der Geschäftsstelle: Organisation aller administrativen Abläufe, Ansprechstelle von Anfragen per Telefon und Mail, systematische Ablage, IT-Koordination • Sitzungsmanagement: Traktandenplanung, Zusammenstellen der Unterlagen, Versand der Einladungen, Protokollführung • Finanzbuchhaltung: Führen der Buchhaltung inkl. Cash-Management und Kreditbuchhaltung, Mitarbeit in der Budgetplanung • Revision & Jahresabschluss: Organisation der Revision, Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finanzressort • Darlehensadministration: Verträge, Auszahlungen, Rückzahlungen, Mahnwesen, Inkasso • Kommunikationskanäle pflegen: Jahresbericht, Mailings, Website, Social Media • Eventorganisation: Planung & Durchführung von Anlässen für Klient:innen und Spendende • Koordination der Anspruchsgruppen: Stiftungsrat, Coaches, Klient:innen, Partnerinstitutionen • Fundraising-Massnahmen: punktuelle Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung • Spendenpflege: Spendenbriefe, Verdankungen, Spendenbestätigungen

Ihr Profil: • Kaufmännische Kompetenz: fundierte Kenntnisse zur sicheren Führung der Geschäftsstelle und Buchhaltung • Kommunikationsstärke: Freude am Verfassen von Jahresberichten, Social-Media-Beiträgen und redaktionellen Texten • Selbständige Arbeitsweise: strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit • NPO-Erfahrung: idealerweise Aus-/Weiterbildung im NPO-Bereich und erste Praxiserfahrung
