Unsere Mandantin, das attraktive Alterszentrum Schiffländi im Herzen von Gränichen, bietet für 90 Bewohnende ein bedarfsgerechtes und liebevolles Zuhause. Dazu gehört nebst dem Haupthaus, auch das « am », ein spezialisierter Wohnbereich mit 20 Einheiten für Menschen mit Demenz. Zur Erweiterung des Teams suchen wir eine motivierte, engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als

Leitung Finanzen \& Services 80\-100%

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für das Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (FIBU / BEBU, Monats\-/ Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse, Budgetierung, Liquiditätsplanung, Controlling, Reporting)
  • Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung; Mitwirkung in strategischen und operativen Entscheidungsprozessen
  • Verantwortung für Services \& Administration (Verwaltung, Beschwerdemanagement, Telefon, Empfang), Personaladministration und HR\-Dienstleistungen (Lohn\- und Sozialversicherungsabrechnung)
  • Führung, Entwicklung und Koordination des Service\- und Admin\-Teams
  • Sicherstellen der Compliance mit gesetzlichen Vorgaben, internen Richtlinien und Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene höhere kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (UNI/FH/HF)
  • und langjährige Erfahrung, z.B. im Treuhand, Controlling, Finance
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanz\-/Rechnungswesen sowie Kenntnisse in der Administration HR, vorzugsweise in einer Sozial\- oder Gesundheitsorganisation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und Erfahrung in Change\-Projekten
  • Ausgeprägte Sozial\-, Führungs\- und Kommunikationskompetenz, hohe Belastbarkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
