Die Rudolf Steiner Schule Winterthur ist eine lebendige und herzliche Bildungsgemeinschaft mit rund 130 Kindern vom Kindergarten bis zur 9\. Klasse. Unser engagiertes Team aus Lehrpersonen und Mitarbeitenden arbeitet gemeinsam mit den Eltern für eine ganzheitliche und kindgerechte Bildung im Sinne der Waldorfpädagogik.

Nach der 9\. Klasse führt der weitere Bildungsweg unserer Schülerinnen und Schüler unter anderem an die Atelierschule Zürich, mit der wir im Bereich der gymnasialen Oberstufe verbunden sind.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Führungsteams suchen wir eine zuverlässige, verantwortungsbewusste und organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die Freude daran hat, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und unsere Schule auch hinter den Kulissen aktiv mitzugestalten.

Ihre Aufgaben

Als Teil des Führungsteams und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Schulrat übernehmen Sie eine vielseitige Managementfunktion mit Verantwortung insbesondere für folgende Bereiche:

Verantwortung für die finanziellen Abläufe der Schule, insbesondere Budget, Buchhaltung und ControllingOrganisation und Koordination administrativer Prozesse im SchulalltagBegleitung und Unterstützung des Innendienstes, insbesondere Sekretariat, Hausdienste und MensaKommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit kantonalen Stellen, Behörden, Versicherungen und externen FachpersonenFührung und Mitarbeit bei Personalprozessen sowie bei organisatorischen und internen AbläufenAnsprechperson für Eltern bei finanziellen und administrativen AnliegenMitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen und Prozessen der Schule

Ihr Profil

Sie sind eine engagierte, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit und bringen idealerweise mit:

Erfahrung im Finanz\-, Administrations\- oder Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise im Bildungs\- oder Non\-Profit\-BereichSelbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes ZahlenverständnisOrganisationstalent und Freude daran, unterschiedliche Aufgaben und Bereiche miteinander zu koordinierenKommunikationsstärke und Freude an einer kollegialen, wertschätzenden ZusammenarbeitBereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und eigene Ideen einzubringenOffenheit gegenüber der Waldorfpädagogik und Interesse am anthroposophischen Gedankengut
