Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

  • Gesamtverantwortung (strategisch und operativ) für mehrere Betriebe inklusiv dem Eventbereich
  • Direkte Führung des Kaders sowie Gesamtverantwortung für rund 120 Mitarbeitende
  • Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie, -kultur und das Vorleben der Werte
  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Zielerreichung des Bereichs inkl. Budget- und Ergebnisverantwortung
  • Weiterentwicklung, Coaching und Mentoring der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende, inklusive Planung des Personalbedarfs
  • Gewährleistung und Sicherstellung eines attraktiven Angebots und reibungsloser Abläufe durch regelmässige Präsenz vor Ort
  • Überprüfung und Steuerung der Angebotsgestaltung und Preisstruktur, Beobachtung von Trends
  • Koordination und Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern

 

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

  • Höhere Ausbildung in Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder Betriebswirtschaft (z.%u202FB. Hotelfachschule oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Langjährige und umfangreiche Führungserfahrung in einer übergeordneten Funktion 
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Leitung eines Geschäftsbereichs oder in der Geschäftsleitung
  • Sehr gute Marktkenntnisse in der Region Zürich, Luzern und ein gutes berufliches Netzwerk
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Entscheidungskompetenz - auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
  • Fundiertes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und sichere IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Hohe Identifikation mit den Zielen und Werten eines qualitäts- und teamorientierten Dienstleistungsunternehmens
