Für den Bereich Bau und Planung suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit als Leitung Hausdienst 80 – 100 % Das bewegen Sie bei uns Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die Mitarbeitenden des Hausdienstes, fördern ihre Stärken und sorgen für eine gute und vorausschauende Einsatzplanung Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Schulhäuser und Gemeindeliegenschaften und sorgen dafür, dass Anliegen , unkompliziert und lösungsorientiert aufgenommen werden Sie hinterfragen bestehende Abläufe und entwickeln Standards gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team kontinuierlich weiter Sie bringen moderne, digitale und nachhaltige Lösungen ins Facility Management Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team stellen Sie den professionellen Betrieb sowie die Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Liegenschaften sicher Sie haben das Budget und die Kosten im Griff, behalten Sicherheitsaspekte und betriebliche Vorgaben im Blick und sorgen damit für einen zuverlässigen und effizienten Betrieb Sie arbeiten eng mit Schulen, Verwaltung, Behörden und externen Partnern zusammen und bringen unterschiedliche Interessen sowie Bedürfnisse erfolgreich zusammen Sie begleiten unsere Lernenden auf ihrem Weg, geben ihnen Verantwortung und unterstützen sie dabei, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln Das bringen Sie mit Ausbildung als Hauswart/in mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Leiter/in Facility Management HF oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation SIBE / BESIBE oder Bereitschaft, diese Ausbildung zu absolvieren Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung im Facility Management oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld Freude an Führung, Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit Eigeninitiative, Organisationsgeschick und eine pragmatische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute digitale Anwenderkenntnisse und Interesse an modernen Facility\-Management\-Lösungen wie Campos, Avelon sowie Abacus\-Kenntnisse Das erwartet Sie Eine vielseitige und verantwortungsvolle Führungsfunktion mit Eigenverantwortung, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und echtem Gestaltungsspielraum.
