Leitung Hotellerie 100%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und personelle Leitung des Fachbereichs Hotellerie mit rund 30 Mitarbeitenden (Service, Küche, Hauswirtschaft)
  • Du stellst sicher, dass unser Hotelleriekonzept täglich gelebt, gepflegt und weiterentwickelt wird \- erstklassig, professionell und gastorientiert
  • Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen und serviceorientierten Restaurantbetrieb
  • Du entwickelst die À\-la\-carte\- und Weinkarte weiter und kreierst abwechslungsreiche Tagesmenüs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Küche und Service
  • Du arbeitest bei besonderen Anlässen und Veranstaltungen mit
  • Du planst den Einkauf und verantwortest die Lager\- und Güterbewirtschaftung gemeinsam mit den Teams aus Küche und Service
  • Du bist für das Budget und die Kennzahlen in deinem Bereich verantwortlich
  • Du führst regelmässige Qualitätschecks durch und setzt Verbesserungen proaktiv um
  • Du führst Mitarbeitergespräche, verantwortest die Rekrutierung neuer Teammitglieder und begleitest Lernende auf ihrem Ausbildungsweg
  • Du förderst eine offene, konstruktive Zusammenarbeit zwischen allen Abteilungen und bringst neue Ideen zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Servicequalität ein

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung an einer Hotelfachschule oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Führungspersönlichkeit in der Gastronomie
  • Du bist kreativ, flexibel und hast ein gutes Gespür für Menschen
  • Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und verstehst Schweizerdeutsch
  • Du bist ein lösungsorientiertes Organisationstalent und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
  • Gelegentliche Wochenend\- und Abendeinsätze sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du verfügst über gute PC\-Anwenderkenntnisse
