Leitung Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Textiles 80 %

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Organisatorische, fachliche und personelle Leitung des Bereichs Hotellerie, Gastronomie und Textiles
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Dienstleistungsqualität, Hygiene, Service und effizienten Abläufen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und Mitarbeit in Projektgruppen
  • Kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung und innovative Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs
  • Verantwortung für das Budget, Ressourcen und Kostensteuerung sowie Mitwirkung bei Investitions-, und Infrastrukturvorhaben
  • Operative Mitarbeit zur Sicherstellung zeitgemässer und effizienter Arbeitsabläufe

Sie bringen mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Betriebsleiter:in Facility Management HF oder als Bereichsleiter:in Hotellerie-Hauswirtschaft mit gastgewerblichem Fähigkeitsausweis oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in operativen und planerischen Aufgaben sowie Freude an vielseitigen Tätigkeiten und unternehmerischem Denken
  • Fundierte Führungskompetenzen, idealerweise im sozialen Bereich oder im Gesundheitswesen
  • Interesse an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Belastbarkeit und wertschätzende Kommunikation
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Mass an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Empathie
