Leitung HR 60%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du leitest die HR\-Fachstelle und bist direkt dem Gemeindeschreiber (Vorsitzender der Geschäftsleitung) unterstellt
  • Führen der HR\-Generalistin (40%)Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Personalwesens der Gemeinde Obersiggenthal
  • Verantwortung über das LohnwesenErstellen von Verträgen, Zeugnissen, Bestätigungen etc.
  • Unterstützung und Beratung von Linienverantwortlichen, der Geschäftsleitung und dem Gemeinderat in sämtlichen HR\-Fragen inklusive Arbeits\- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Verantwortlich für den Rekrutierungsprozess unter Einbezug der Linienverantwortlichen
  • Planung der Personalentwicklung zusammen mit den Führungspersonen
  • Bereitstellen und Interpretieren von Statistiken und HR\-Kennzahlen
  • Im Zweierteam mit einer HR\-Generalistin gewährleisten Sie die gegenseitige Stellvertretung in zentralen Aufgaben des Personalwesens (z.B. Lohnadministration, Stammdatenpflege)

Das bringst du mit

  • KV\-Grundausbildung mit qualifizierter Weiterbildung als HR\-Fachperson (z. B. eidg. Fachausweis)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR inklusive Lohnwesen, vorzugsweise in der öffentlichen Verwaltung sowie Führungserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs\- und Arbeitsrecht
  • Du handelst eigenverantwortlich, bist flexibel und stark in der Kommunikation
  • Du bist eine initiative, integre und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
