Mit vier Produktionszentren und 24 Standorten ist die KNF in den wichtigsten Absatzmärkten rund um den Globus vertreten. Die Schweiz spielt dabei eine zentrale Rolle: Hier wird entwickelt, produziert, vermarktet, gesteuert und koordiniert. So haben vier Gesellschaften, inklusive der Holding, ihren Sitz in der Schweiz mit insgesamt 320 Mitarbeitenden. Innovation, Zuverlässigkeit und Exzellenz sind deren gelebte Werte. Nun sind wir beauftragt, eine empathische und wirkungsstarke Persönlichkeit für die Verantwortung als \*\*Leitung HR Schweiz\*\* anzusprechen. In dieser Funktion rapportieren Sie an die Director Group HR und sind mit Ihrem fünfköpfigen Team für die vier KNF\\-Standorte Sursee, Reiden, Balterswil und Schenkon verantwortlich. Sie beraten die Führungskräfte in den Bereichen Talent Management, Leadership Development sowie Kultur\\- und Organisationsentwicklung. Sie stellen die effektive Umsetzung sämtlicher Kern\\-HR\\-Prozesse entlang des Employee Lifecycles sicher und treiben HR\\-Transformationen wie auch Prozessharmonisierungen voran. In den Schweizer Managementteams vertreten Sie das HR und gestalten zusammen mit den internationalen HR\\-Kolleginnen und Kollegen die globalen Initiativen. Wir wenden uns an eine erfahrene HR\\-Führungspersönlichkeit mit Erfolgen als Business Partner und Praxis in der Kulturentwicklung. Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten haben Sie in der Leitung von organisatorischen Veränderungen und der erfolgreichen Begleitung von Transformationsinitiativen. So haben Sie das Stakeholder\\-Management sowie die adressatengerechte Kommunikation im Griff. HR\\-Expertise bringen Sie in den Themen Compliance, Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und Risikomanagement mit. Verhandlungssicher sind Sie in Deutsch und Englisch. Sie sind AI\\- und systemaffin und haben idealerweise bereits mit SAP gearbeitet.
