Leitung Human Resources (Mitglied der erweiterten Geschäftsleitung) ====================================================================

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des gesamten HR\-Bereichs
  • Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von vier Mitarbeitenden
  • Professionalisierung und Weiterentwicklung von HR\-Prozessen, \-Strukturen und \-Instrumenten
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles
  • Weiterentwicklung von Employer Branding, Unternehmenskultur sowie Personal\- und Führungskräfteentwicklung
  • Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Sicherstellung einer fairen Vergütungs\- und Personalpolitik sowie der relevanten gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEO, der Geschäftsleitung und der Personalkommission
  • Regelmässige Präsenz an den Standorten Granges (VD) (Hauptstandort), Weinfelden (TG) und Goldach (SG)

Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Human Resources und mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen und operativen HR\-Management
  • Breite HR\-Kenntnisse und idealerweise Erfahrung in einem mittelgrossen Industrieunternehmen mit mehreren Standorten
  • Ausgeprägte Hands\-on\-Mentalität und Freude daran, Strukturen aufzubauen, Prozesse zu professionalisieren und selbst anzupacken
  • Führungserfahrung und Freude an der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Umsetzungsstärke und gute Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Französischkenntnisse (mind. C1\)
