Das Ägeri on Ice sucht dich! Vom 7. November 2026 bis 27. Januar 2027 verzaubert sich das Ägeri on Ice mitten im Dorf auf der Sportwiese bei der Schulanlage Acher in eine magische Wunderwelt mit Schlittschuhlaufen, Eis Minigolf, Eisstockschiessen, Hüttenzauber mit verschiedenen Fondues. Während fast zwölf Wochen begeistern wir rund 30'000 Besucherinnen und Besucher der unterschiedlichsten Generationen. In unserem Stübli mit bis zu 200 Sitzplätzen dreht sich alles um verschiedene Varianten des klassischen Käsefondues mit regionalen Produkten – bewusst in einer kompakten, feinen Auswahl. Dabei liegt uns ein herzlicher, persönlicher Umgang mit unseren Gästen besonders am Herzen. Für unser Stübli am Ägeri on Ice suchen wir für den Zeitraum vom 2.11.2026 bis 28.01.2027 eine Leitung Küche.

Deine Aufgaben -Zubereitung von traditionellen Schweizer Gerichten -Mitgestaltung der Prozesse -Führung und Organisation des gesamten Küchenteams -Koordination der Zubereitung und Ausgabe von Speisen -Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Hygienestandards -Einkäufe, Lagerung und Kalkulation der Waren -Planung der Personalbesetzung und Dienstpläne

Dein Profil -Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Koch / Köchin EFZ abgeschlossen und bringst Erfahrung als Sous oder Küchenchef:in -Du hast Erfahrung in der Personalführung -Du liebst die Gastronomie und hast Freude am Umgang mit Lebensmittel -Du bist eine kommunikationsfähige, eigenständige und pflichtbewusste Person
