Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie unterstützen und befähigen Pflegefachpersonen aller Bereiche des Kantonsspitals Aarau in der Pflege von Patientinnen und Patienten mit onkologisch und onkologisch\-hämatologischen Krankheitsbildern.
  • Sie begleiten, schulen und beraten Patientinnen und Patienten mit onkologischen Erkrankungen bereichsübergreifend durch direkte klinische Pflegepraxis oder im konsiliarischen Setting.
  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung sowie Support und Coaching von Fach\- und Pflegeexpertinnen/\-experten im Kompetenzteam/ANP Onkologie.
  • Sie arbeiten in allen Bereichen (Chirurgie, Frau\&Kind, Medizin) in der direkten Pflege bei onkologischen Patientinnen und Patienten mit.
  • Sie erstellen und aktualisieren fachspezifische SOPs, Weisungen und Konzepte in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fach\-/Pflegeexpertinnen/\-experten und anderen Berufsgruppen.
  • Sie leiten und begleiten Projekte im Rahmen der Fachentwicklung im Bereich Onkologie und sichern die Pflegequalität im onkologischen Bereich.
  • Sie implementieren gemeinsam mit der Leitung Pflegeentwicklung Advanced Practice Nurse Rollen für onkologische Patientinnen und Patienten.
  • Sie übernehmen gemeinsam mit dem Onkologiezentrum Mittelland den Lead bei pflegerischen Audits/Zertifizierungen im Bereich Onkologie.
  • Sie bereiten aktuelle Pflegequalitätskennzahlen auf, initiieren Massnahmen, planen die Evaluation und delegieren die Umsetzung an die Fach\-/Pflegeexpertinnen/\-experten des jeweiligen Bereiches.
  • Sie arbeiten strategische Richtungen gemeinsam mit der Leitung Pflegeentwicklung aus.
  • Sie stellen durch geeignete Gefässe die interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit sicher.

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich (Onkologiepflege)
  • Master of Science in Nursing oder im Studium
  • Führungsweiterbildung (zum Beispiel CAS) von Vorteil oder die Bereitschaft dazu
  • Verständnis für strategische und operative sowie wissenschaftliche Fragestellungen
  • Professionelles Auftreten und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung der Fachgebiete in einem interprofessionellen Team
