Als grösste national tätige Tierschutzorganisation setzt er sich mit wissenschaftlich fundierten Grundlagen und grossem Engagement für das Wohl von Heim\\-, \\-, Nutz\\- und Versuchstieren ein. Im Zuge einer Nachfolgelösung suchen wir für den Standort Zürich\\-Altstetten eine überzeugende Persönlichkeit als \*\*Leiter:in Kompetenzzentrum Tierschutz\*\* In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion führen Sie das Kompetenzzentrum fachlich, personell und organisatorisch. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team von rund 35 Mitarbeitenden entwickeln Sie Grundlagen, Positionen und Programme weiter und verbinden wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse, praktische Erfahrungen sowie regulatorische Anforderungen zu tragfähigen Lösungen. Sie steuern anspruchsvolle Projekte, gestalten Strukturen und Prozesse aktiv mit und vertreten den STS gegenüber Behörden, Politik, Wissenschaft, Medien sowie weiteren Anspruchsgruppen. Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung arbeiten Sie eng mit den verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und bringen Ihre Expertise in die Weiterentwicklung der Organisation ein. Für diese vielseitige Führungsaufgabe verfügen Sie über einen Masterabschluss in Veterinärmedizin, Biologie, Zoologie, Agrarwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Sie bringen mehrjährige Führungs\\- und Berufserfahrung in einer anspruchsvollen Funktion mit und verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Tierschutzes sowie der relevanten gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen. Ihre strategischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten verbinden Sie mit hoher fachlicher Glaubwürdigkeit, Entscheidungsstärke und ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Sie kommunizieren überzeugend auf allen Ebenen, fördern die Zusammenarbeit unterschiedlicher Anspruchsgruppen und identifizieren sich mit den Zielen und Werten des Tierschutz STS.
