Ihr Verantwortungsbereich  Sie übernehmen die fachliche Leitung und Personalverantwortung für drei Fachspezialistinnen und sorgen für klare Strukturen sowie eine gute Zusammenarbeit. Gleichzeitig verantworten Sie den gesamten Payroll-Prozess und gewährleisten eine zuverlässige sowie gesetzes- und regelkonforme Abwicklung der Lohnadministration, Jahresendarbeiten, Quellensteuern und Sozialversicherungen. Als Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte klären Sie Fragen rund um Lohn und Sozialversicherungen. Auch der Austausch mit Behörden, Sozialversicherungen und Revisionsstellen gehört zu Ihrer Aufgabe. Bei Projekten über den eigenen Bereich hinaus bringen Sie Ihr Know-how ein und entwickeln bestehende Abläufe mit digitalen und automatisierten Lösungen laufend weiter. Sie schätzen es, auf allen Stufen zu kommunizieren und sind es gewohnt, in den unterschiedlichsten Projekten mitzuwirken. Innovativ und flexibel im Team unterwegs, überzeugen Sie zudem mit ausgeprägten Sozialkompetenzen und einem guten Gespür für das Machbare.

Ihre Persönlichkeit   Für diese anspruchsvolle Funktion suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit mit entsprechender Weiterbildung in Payroll, Sozialversicherungen oder Human Resources sowie mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einer Position mit ähnlichem Verantwortungsbereich. Sie überzeugen mit einer strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise sowie einem ausgeprägten Zahlenverständnis. Auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen handeln Sie sicher und behalten die wesentlichen Zusammenhänge im Blick. Qualität, Digitalisierung und effiziente Prozesse sind Ihnen wichtig. Im Austausch mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen treten Sie souverän auf und kommunizieren klar und verständlich. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP HCM und MS Office sowie zusätzliche Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors oder einem gleichwertigen HR-System runden Ihr Profil ab.
