* Verantwortung für die gesamtkantonale Lohnverarbeitung für rund 11'000 Mitarbeitende inklusive Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie der lohn- und sozialversicherungsrelevanten Kontrollprozesse * Personelle, fachliche und organisatorische Führung des vierköpfigen Teams sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs * Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Lohn- und Sozialversicherungswesens sowie von SAP HCM * Beratung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen * Leitung und Mitarbeit in gesamtkantonalen Projekten sowie Umsetzung gesetzlicher, organisatorischer und technischer Neuerungen * Sicherstellung von Compliance, Qualität und Prozessverantwortung sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Fachprozesse

**Ihr Hintergrund**

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit höherer Weiterbildung im HR-, Lohn- oder Sozialversicherungsbereich * Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Bereich Lohn- und Sozialversicherungen, idealerweise in einer komplexen Organisation * Sehr gute Kenntnisse von SAP HCM sowie hohe IT-Affinität und Interesse an Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung * Erfahrung in der Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten sowie in der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Systemen * Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten

Das Personalamt des Kantons Basel-Landschaft ist Teil der Finanz- und Kirchendirektion und verantwortet die einheitliche und strategische Ausrichtung des HR-Managements innerhalb der kantonalen Verwaltung. Das Dienstleistungszentrum Personal (DLZ) ist zuständig für die Personaladministration, den HR-Support sowie die Lohnverarbeitung -- inklusive der Abrechnung der Sozialversicherungen für sämtliche Verwaltungseinheiten des Kantons.
