Für eine Institution im Bereich der ambulanten Pflege in Basel suchen wir eine diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH für eine vielseitige Führungsaufgabe. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für ein Pflegeteam und stellen gemeinsam mit Ihren Mitarbeitenden eine professionelle und bedarfsgerechte Versorgung von Menschen in ihrem häuslichen Umfeld sicher. Sie erhalten die Möglichkeit, sowohl die fachliche Qualität als auch die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Teams aktiv mitzugestalten. Dabei verbinden Sie Ihre pflegerische Erfahrung mit Führungskompetenz und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der ambulanten Pflege bei.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertige, SRK-anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Pflege, idealerweise im ambulanten Bereich
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Führungsausbildung oder Bereitschaft, eine entsprechende Weiterbildung zu absolvieren
  • Ausgeprägte Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Wertschätzender und kooperativer Führungsstil
  • Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu fördern und unterschiedliche Perspektiven einzubeziehen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Teams, Pflegequalität und Arbeitsprozessen

Aufgaben ##

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung eines Pflegeteams
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen und personenzentrierten ambulanten Pflege
  • Verantwortung für eine hohe Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität
  • Begleitung, Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Koordination und Gestaltung effizienter Abläufe im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Förderung einer konstruktiven und wertschätzenden Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Austausch mit verschiedenen internen und externen Fachpersonen
  • Ansprechperson bei anspruchsvollen pflegerischen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung einer professionellen Begleitung von Lernenden und Studierenden
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Beteiligung an Projekten im Bereich Pflege und Organisation
