Das Pflegeheim Im Fahr in Brügg/BE bietet 46 älteren oder pflegebedürftigen Menschen ein Zuhause. Auf einfühlsame Begleitung, bei der die Würde und Achtung im Mittelpunkt stehen, legen wir grossen Wert. 

Zur Verstärkung unseres Führungsteams suchen wir eine engagierte, verantwortungsbewusste und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Leitung Pflege & Betreuung. Gemeinsam mit unserem Team gestalten Sie die Zukunft unseres Pflegeheims aktiv mit und tragen dazu bei, eine hohe Pflegequalität sowie eine wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit zu fördern.

Leitung Pflege & Betreuung / Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

  • Fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Leitung des Pflege- und Betreuungsteams in Zusammenarbeit mit der Stellvertretung Pflege und Betreuung und Gruppenleiterinnen
  • Gewährleistung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamtheitlichen, hohen Pflegequalität für die bestmögliche individuelle Betreuung der Bewohnenden
  • Verantwortung für den wirtschaftlichen Einsatz der personellen und materiellen Ressourcen 
  • Hauptverantwortung für den Pflegeprozess und RAI/LTCF in Zusammenarbeit mit der RAI-LTCF-Expertin
  • Lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichsleitungen Hotellerie & Gastronomie sowie mit den Heimärzten und externen DienstleisterInnen
  • Verantwortlich für die Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeiterinnen im Aktivierungsteam
  • Zuständig für Aufnahmeanfragen und Heimbesichtigungen

Dein Profil:

  • Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF / FH
  • Erfahrung und Fachwissen in Gerontologie sowie Palliativpflege
  • Führungsausbildung und -erfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Fach-, Selbst- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Erfahrung und Fachwissen in RAI LTCF
  • Konzeptionelle und organisatorische Fähigkeiten, vernetztes Denken und betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Empathie und ein hohes Mass an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift) und Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von administrativen Aufgaben
