Wir begleiten und fördern Jugendliche und Erwachsene mit kognitiven und psychischen Beeinträchtigungen. Betroffenen Menschen bieten wir unterschiedliche Angebote. Innerhalb der SEEBURG ist das Alters\- und Pflegeheim EICHE sowie die interne Spitex als Bereich PFLEGE organisiert, welcher gemeinsam eine umfassende und ganzheitliche Pflege\- und Betreuungsstruktur für die Bewohnenden bietet. Für die verantwortungsvolle Position der Bereichsleitung suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die sowohl im Alters\- und Pflegeheim als auch in der internen Spitex die Pflegequalität sicherstellt und weiterentwickelt. Das gibt es zu tun Umsetzung der Strategie und der betriebswirtschaftlichen Ziele sowie die fachliche, personelle, organisatorische und finanzielle Leitung des Alters\- und Pflegeheim EICHE und der internen Spitex Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von fachlichen Konzepten Betrieb und Ausbau eines durchlässigen Pflegeangebotes inklusive Leitung der dazu notwendigen Projekte und Prozessoptimierungen Sicherstellung von gesetzeskonformen und effizienten Pflege\- und Abrechnungsprozessen Sicherstellung eines sinnstiftenden und soweit möglich selbstbestimmten Wohnalltages der Bewohnenden Controlling von Qualität und Produktivität Vertretung der Interessen der SEEBURG (Lobbying) und Unterstützung in einer adäquaten Öffentlichkeitsarbeit Das erwartet dich Ein sehr abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum Lebendiger, vielseitiger Betrieb mit viel Entwicklungspotential Zentral gelegener Arbeitsort in einer exklusiven Ferienregion Mitarbeit in einer sinnstiftenden Institution in einem sozialen Umfeld Grosszügige Unterstützung in den Bereichen Weiterbildung und Personalentwicklung Das wünschen wir uns von dir Abgeschlossene höhere Berufsausbildung (Tertiär) im Gesundheitsbereich mit entsprechender Führungserfahrung Erfahrung in den Bereichen Spitex und Langzeitpflege Hohe Sozialkompetenz; initiative, lösungsorientierte und flexible Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Veränderungen voranzutreiben und Neuerungen zu gestalten Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit Sehr gute MS\-Office Kenntnisse Deine Ansprechpersonen
