Für eine moderne Pflegeinstitution in der Region Basel suchen wir eine erfahrene Leitungspersönlichkeit für den Nachtdienst. In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie fachliche und personelle Verantwortung, stellen eine hohe Pflegequalität sicher und prägen die Weiterentwicklung des Nachtdienstes aktiv mit. Sie erwartet ein verantwortungsvolles Aufgabengebiet mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum, ein wertschätzendes Umfeld sowie attraktive Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in einer zukunftsorientierten Institution.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abschluss als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, DN II, AKP oder Bachelor of Science in Pflege FH
  • Führungsausbildung auf CAS-Stufe oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung beziehungsweise Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion
  • Vertiefte Fachkenntnisse in der Langzeitpflege
  • Fähigkeit, strukturelle Verbesserungspotenziale im Nachtdienst zu erkennen und gezielt einzubringen
  • Qualitätsbewusste, ressourcenorientierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Selbstständigkeit und Sicherheit in fachlichen Entscheidungen während der Nacht
  • Belastbare, flexible und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit klarer, wertschätzender Führungshaltung

Aufgaben ##

  • Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten, professionellen Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden während der Nacht
  • Personelle und fachliche Führung des Nachtdienst-Teams mit Fokus auf Pflegequalität, Teamstabilität und Prozesssicherheit
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeitenden- und Entwicklungsgesprächen sowie Mitwirkung bei personellen Klärungen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung im Rekrutierungsprozess und strukturierte Einführung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Beratung von Mitarbeitenden in komplexen Pflegesituationen sowie situatives Coaching im Arbeitsalltag
  • Mitarbeit in der direkten Pflege bei Bedarf
  • Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen, qualitätsgesicherten Leistungserbringung inklusive korrekter Pflegedokumentation
  • Umsetzung und Überwachung von Qualitäts- und Hygienevorgaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Gesamtleitung und aktive Mitgestaltung der Organisation im Nachtdienst
  • Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen und Förderung einer offenen Haltung gegenüber neuen Ansätzen
