Für unser Altersheim Städtli suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Leitung Pflege und Betreuung (80 - 100%)

Dein Impact:

  • Leadership mit Herz: Du führst den Bereich Pflege und Betreuung und entwickelst den Pflegebereich strategisch weiter.
  • Kulturcoach: Du prägst ein Arbeitsklima, das auf Vertrauen, Augenhöhe und Mitbestimmung (partizipativer Führungsstil) basiert.
  • Qualitätsgarant: Du optimierst Abläufe so, dass sie effizient sind und den Bewohnenden maximale Lebensqualität bieten.
  • Mittendrin statt nur dabei: Du bist präsent - sowohl in der Organisation als auch in der direkten Pflege (ca. 40%), denn du weisst, worauf es an der Front ankommt.
  • Botschafter: Du repräsentierst unser Haus gegen aussen und bist Ansprechperson für Angehörige und Partner.

Dein Profil:

  • Basis: Du bist Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF
  • Erfahrung: Du bringst Führungserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege mit (mindestens Stufe Teamleitung) und weisst, wie der Hase läuft.
  • Mindset: Du kommunizierst wertfrei und einfühlsam. Du bist ein Teamplayer, dynamisch, der Verantwortung übernimmt und andere für neue Ideen begeistern kann.
  • Stärke: Du vereinst hohe Sozialkompetenz mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise.
