Dans un environnement proche de la nature dans la région de Berne, une institution établie dans le domaine des soins de longue durée offre à un(e) directeur(trice) des soins (80-100%) un poste de direction responsable. Vous aurez la possibilité de contribuer activement à la conception du secteur des soins et, avec les cadres, d'assurer une haute qualité des soins et de l'accompagnement

Vos tâches chez le nouvel employeur :

  • Assumer la direction technique, du personnel et organisationnelle du secteur des soins et créer des conditions cadres fiables pour les collaborateurs et les résidents
  • Développer continuellement la qualité des soins et les processus existants et assurer la mise en œuvre des normes professionnelles et opérationnelles
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les cadres et d'autres départements spécialisés et apporter votre expérience au développement de l'institution

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur :

  • Vous êtes une personnalité de direction avec plusieurs années d'expérience dans une institution de longue durée
  • Vous disposez d'une large compréhension professionnelle des soins et apportez une expérience dans la gestion et le développement de la qualité des soins et des processus opérationnels
  • Avec votre manière claire et appréciative, vous dirigez les collaborateurs de manière ciblée et parvenez à les mobiliser pour des objectifs communs
