Das Haus ist in der Region verankert und bietet über 60 Pflegeplätze plus Plätze in einer Demenz-Wohngruppe, in einem eigenen Haus mit sicherem Garten, an. Wir suchen eine 

Leitung Pflege und Betreuung / Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung (w/m/d)

 

 

Aufgaben:

Ihnen sind vier Teamleitende und die Verantwortliche Bildung, Aktivierung, Fachbeauftragte Pflege und RAI-Support direkt unterstellt. Mit Ihren Mitarbeitenden setzen Sie Leitmotive für eine personenzentrierte Pflege und Betreuung um. Sie stellen eine optimale Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität nach zeitgemässen Normen sowie unter Beachtung der Lebensqualität sicher. Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Bereiches auf sämtlichen Stufen in Form von Neuentwicklungen, Verbesserungen und Umsetzung von Konzepten, Standards und Methoden. In der Geschäftsleitung denken und arbeiten Sie auf operativer und strategischer Ebene mit.
