Leitung Pflegedienst / Mitglied Geschäftsleitung 80%\-100% m/w/d "Immer wieder leben lernen." Das REHAB Basel, Klinik für Neurorehabilitation und Paraplegiologie, behandelt und rehabilitiert Patient\*innen mit Hirnverletzung, Querschnittlähmung sowie verwandten Krankheitsbildern nach Unfall oder Erkrankung. Unser oberstes Ziel ist es, zusammen mit den uns anvertrauten Menschen, die grösstmögliche Selbstständigkeit und eine optimale Lebensqualität zu erreichen. Wir behandeln erfolgreich im Bereich der Erst\- sowie Folgerehabilitation. Die Klinik verfügt über 110 Betten und rund 660 Mitarbeiter\*innen, welche unsere Vision und Werte des REHAB Basel in ihrem Arbeitsalltag umsetzen. Sie arbeiten in einem einmaligen Gebäude im attraktiven Dreiländereck Schweiz, Deutschland und Frankreich. Sind Sie offen für eine alles andere als alltägliche Herausforderung? Da unsere langjährige Leitung Pflegedienst nach 28 Jahren in den Ruhestand geht, suchen wir per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene, initiative und engagierte Leitung Pflegedienst / Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung (80%–100%). Ihr Aufgabenbereich Leitung des Pflegedienstes mit den diversen Stationen sowie der Stabstellen des Pflegedienstes Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Chefärztin / Medizinischer Leitung und Leitung Therapien Förderung einer prozessorientierten, konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit im REHAB Basel, insbesondere an der Schnittstelle Medizin / Pflege / Therapien Vertretung der Pflege nach aussen Mitarbeit bei der Patienteneintrittsplanung Erarbeitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Führungsinstrumente (Stellenbeschreibungen, Zielvereinbarungs\- und Beurteilungssysteme) Definition und Controlling der Qualität der Dienstleistungen im Bereich Pflege und Betreuung Anpassung der Stellenpläne an die Erfordernisse der Aufgabenerfüllung im Rahmen des bewilligten Stellenplanes des Pflegedienstes Verantwortung für Personalentscheide (Anstellungen, Entlassungen) im Pflegebereich Ihr Profil Diplom in Gesundheits\- und Krankenpflege Nachweis einer Führungsausbildung sowie mehrjährige Führungserfahrung Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Ausgeprägtes vernetztes, sowie strategisches und konzeptionelles Denken Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und grosse Organisationsfähigkeiten Hohe Führungs\- und Sozialkompetenz Gute Deutschkenntnisse Sie finden bei uns Ein attraktives, anspruchsvolles und vielfältiges Tätigkeitsfeld Ein empathisches, wertschätzendes Arbeitsklima Interprofessionelle und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit Ausserdem finden Sie bei uns vielfältige, teamfördernde und mitarbeiterfreundliche Angebote wie z.B.
