Wir sind ein engagiertes Architekturbüro, das mit seinen vielfältigen Projekten, von der städtebaulichen Planung, über Architektur und Innenarchitektur bis hin zum Produktdesign, die Baukultur mitprägt.

Aufgaben

PQ’s

  • Recherchen und das nötige Verständnis der wichtigsten Auswahlkriterien für mögliche Teilnahmen an Wettbewerben, Präqualifikationen und Studienaufträgen
  • Eruierung und Vorschlag der für die jeweiligen Ausschreibungen geeigneten Projekte
  • Erstellen von passenden Projektbeschrieben für die Bewerbungen
  • Aufbereitung und Zusammenstellung von Präqualifikations\- und Preisbewerbungs\-Unterlagen sowie deren eigenständige Einreichung

Kommunikation

  • Schnittstelle für interne und externe Kommunikationsanfragen: Verantwortlich für die internen Kommunikationskanäle (interne Informationen, Intranet)
  • Anlaufstelle für Medien\- und sonstige kommunikationsrelevante Anfragen und Koordination mit den zuständigen Ansprechpersonen
  • Erstellung von Presseunterlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit der verantwortlichen Stelle
  • Umsetzung von kurz\- und langfristigen Kommunikationsmassnahmen im Rahmen der Gesamtstrategie der Geschäftsleitung
  • Verantwortlich für die Social\-Media\-Kanäle im Rahmen der Gesamtstrategie
  • Verfassen von Texten zu den Bauprojekten ( für die Website) in Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektleiter:innen
  • Inhaltliche Betreuung der Website (Texte, textliche Anpassungen)
  • Koordination von Publikationen, Ausstellungen und Buchprojekten

Events

* Organisation und Umsetzung von Events wie Mitarbeiteranlässe, Büroreisen etc.

Anforderungen

  • Fachhochschulabschuss in Architektur sowie eine ausgeprägte Affinität und Interesse an Architektur und Design
  • Versiert im Verfassen von kürzeren wie auch längeren Texten sowie in der textlichen Betreuung von Website und Social\-Media\-Kanälen
  • Muttersprache Deutsch mit exzellenten sprachlichen und textlichen Fähigkeiten. Von Vorteil sind gute Französisch\- und/oder Englischkenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Koordinationsfähigkeit, insbesondere im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen
  • Hohe Eigenständigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungs\- und Qualitätsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kommunikation oder in Zusammenhang mit Architektur
