Bei uns werden Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen über Arbeitsintegration in der freien Wirtschaft oder innerhalb der IG Arbeit individuell begleitet, damit sie in unserer Gesellschaft wieder fassen können. In der Produktionsküche der IG Arbeit produzieren und liefern wir im \-and\-Chill\-Verfahren hergestellte Menus, Snacks, Salate, Suppen und Gebäck aus Eigenproduktion nach eigenem Konzept. Abnehmende sind unser Bistro Esswerk sowie externe Personalrestaurants, Mensen und Schulen. Im Bistro Esswerk bieten wir für Mitarbeitende, Fachpersonen und externe Gäste warme Gerichte, Snacks, Salate, Suppen und Gebäck an. Das Essen wird durch die Produktionsküche frisch zubereitet und mittags im Bistro Esswerk angerichtet und geschöpft. Aktuell verkaufen wir täglich um die 70 Mahlzeiten. Leitung Produktionsküche 70% (m/w/d) Du freust dich auf folgende Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den Betrieb inkl. strategischer und operativer Planung, Budgetierung und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Operative Führung und Organisation von Personalrestaurant und Küche inkl. Personal\-, Ressourcen\- und Prozessplanung
  • Führung und Förderung der Fachpersonen und Mitarbeitenden (\=Klientel) sowie Sicherstellung einer professionellen Betreuung
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität und gesetzlichen Vorgaben in Produktion, Dienstleistungen, Lebensmittelhygiene und Betrieb
  • Verantwortung für Finanzen und Geschäftsentwicklung inkl. Budget, Kennzahlen, Auftragswesen sowie Kunden\- und Auftragsakquise
  • Zusammenarbeit und Weiterentwicklung mit internen und externen Partnern sowie Mitwirkung in strategischen Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen

Mit diesem Profil bist du bei uns genau richtig

  • Hotel\- und Gastronomieprofi (idealerweise dipl. Gastrounternehmer/ dipl. Küchenchef) mit ausgewiesener Führungserfahrung und betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung
  • Soziale Zusatzausbildung oder Erfahrung im agogischen Bereich sind ein Plus, jedoch kein Muss
  • Spass an der Koordination und Umsetzung diverser Events, die manchmal am Abend als auch am Wochenende stattfinden
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und Empathie gepaart mit unternehmerischem Denken, Kundenorientierung und hohem Dienstleistungs\- und Qualitätsverständnis
  • Sehr gute IT\-Kenntnisse sowie stilsicheres Deutsch und gute Englisch\-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
