Du bist ein erfahrener QM\-Profi, der Führungsstärke mit Präsenz und Pragmatismus verbindet? Für diese Schlüsselrolle braucht es eine Persönlichkeit, die klare Orientierung gibt, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenführt und auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick behält.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Du führst das QM/QS\-Team, gibst eine klare Richtung vor und entwickelst den Bereich gemeinsam mit deinen Mitarbeitenden weiter.
  • Du sicherst die Qualität der Rohwaren und Endprodukte und behältst die lebensmittelrechtlichen Anforderungen zuverlässig im Blick.
  • Du begleitest Audits und Zertifizierungen, entwickelst das QM\-System weiter und sorgst dafür, dass Qualität im Betriebsalltag gelebt wird.
  • Du bist eine präsente Ansprechperson für Produktion, Entwicklung, Einkauf, Verkauf und Marketing und findest auch bei unterschiedlichen Interessen pragmatische Lösungen.
  • Du treibst bereichsübergreifende Projekte selbstständig voran, setzt klare Prioritäten und behältst auch bei Veränderungen und in dynamischen Phasen den Überblick.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Du hast einen FH\-/ETH\-Abschluss im Lebensmittelingenieurwesen oder einen BSc/MSc in Lebensmitteltechnologie/\-wissenschaften und bringst langjährige Führungserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement mit.
  • Du bist mit FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, Lebensmittelrecht und relevanten Produktlabels bestens vertraut. Gute IT\-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit SAP sind ein Plus.
  • Du bist eine präsente und nahbare Führungspersönlichkeit, die klare Orientierung gibt und gerne dort mitwirkt, wo das Tagesgeschäft stattfindet.
  • Du arbeitest ausgesprochen selbstständig und pragmatisch, triffst auch unter Druck fundierte Entscheidungen und bleibst bei Veränderungen ruhig und standfest.
  • Du steuerst Erwartungen klar, vermittelst souverän zwischen unterschiedlichen Interessen und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch. Französischkenntnisse sind willkommen.
