Das Team des Sozialdienstes besteht aus den Abteilungen Sozialberatung, RehaCenter und Freiwilligendienst. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie führen neben dem Sozialdienst das Rehacenter, welches Patientenaustritte in Rehabilitationskliniken koordiniert und organisiert, sowie den Freiwilligendienst. Dabei treiben Sie die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung dieser Bereiche aktiv voran.
  • Sie führen die direkt unterstellten Teamleitungen und fördern eine wertschätzende, partizipative und entwicklungsorientierte Führungskultur.
  • Sie gewährleisten eine wirtschaftliche und qualitativ hochwertige Erbringung des Leistungsangebots.
  • Sie koordinieren und steuern die operativen Tätigkeiten, werden dabei von den Teamleitungen unterstützt und arbeiten eng mit unseren externen Nachsorgeorganisationen zusammen.
  • Sie arbeiten in internen und externen Projekten mit und fördern innovative Lösungen zur Optimierung der Patientenversorgung.
  • Sie vertreten den Sozialdienst aktiv intern und extern und fördern die Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern, Fachgruppen und Verbänden.
  • Sie erkennen abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenhänge zwischen Kliniken und Berufsgruppen und unterstützen die interdisziplinäre und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Soziale Arbeit (Bsc oder Msc)
  • Management-Weiterbildung auf Stufe MAS Management/Leadership
  • Erfahrung im Change-Management
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung auf mittlerer Führungsstufe, von Vorteil im Akutspital
  • Hohe Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz, strategisches Denken, verbindliche und klare Kommunikation und Verhandlungsgeschick in der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse und Vernetzung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzuführen und tragfähige Lösungen in einem komplexen Umfeld zu entwickeln
