Für eine etablierte Pflegeinstitution in der Region Basel suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit für die Leitung eines psychogeriatrischen Wohnbereichs. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion verbinden Sie pflegerische Fachkompetenz mit organisatorischem Geschick und tragen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung von Qualität, Teamkultur und Bewohnerzufriedenheit bei. Es erwartet Sie ein vielseitiges Tätigkeitsfeld mit Gestaltungsspielraum, Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten sowie einem professionellen und wertschätzenden Arbeitsumfeld. Sie übernehmen eine Schlüsselrolle zwischen Pflegepraxis, Mitarbeitenden und organisatorischen Anforderungen.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gesundheits- oder Betreuungswesen
  • Erfahrung im psychiatrischen oder psychogeriatrischen Umfeld
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Belastbare und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit

Aufgaben ##

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung eines psychogeriatrischen Wohnbereichs
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität
  • Unterstützung, Förderung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im Team
  • Planung und Organisation von Schulungen sowie Weiterbildungsaktivitäten
  • Verantwortung für administrative Aufgaben und organisatorische Abläufe
  • Mitwirkung bei Budgetplanung und wirtschaftlichem Ressourceneinsatz
  • Ansprechpartner für Bewohnende, Angehörige und interne Fachstellen
  • Förderung einer konstruktiven Teamkultur sowie Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen
  • Sicherstellung effizienter und qualitätsorientierter Arbeitsabläufe
