Die Scout\& Sport AG, bekannt unter der Marke hajk, ist der offizielle Ausrüster der Schweizer Pfadibewegung und steht seit vielen Jahren für hochwertige Outdoor\-Ausrüstung, funktionale Bekleidung und gelebte Nähe zur Pfadi\- und Outdoor\-Community. Neben den eigenen Stores in Bern betreiben wir drei The\-North\-Face\-Filialen in der Schweiz sowie einen etablierten Online\-Shop.

Leitung Zentrale Dienste m/w/d 80\-100%

Rucksack gepackt, Zahlen im Griff? Wir suchen dich als Mitglied unserer Geschäftsleitung – als hinter Finanzen, Personal, Verkaufsinnendienst und Logistik, der oder die mitdenkt, anpackt und uns aufs nächste Level bringt.

Das machst du bei uns

  • Du führst ein kleines, eingespieltes Finanz\-/Verkaufsinnendienst\-/Logistik\-Team
  • Du sitzt in der Geschäftsleitung und gestaltest Strategie, Investitionen und Abläufe aktiv mit
  • Du hast unsere Finanzen im Griff: Controlling, Budgets, Liquidität, Buchhaltung und Reportings
  • Du erstellst Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse und bist die Ansprechperson für Revision, Banken und Ämter
  • Du baust aussagekräftige Kennzahlen sowie Filial\- und Warengruppen\-Reportings auf
  • Du kümmerst dich um Payroll, Sozialversicherungen und das ganze operative HR
  • Du entwickelst unsere HR\-Prozesse weiter und packst bei der Rekrutierung mit an
  • Du verantwortest die Logistik: Wareneingang, Lager, Kommissionierung und Versand
  • Du optimierst Lager\- und Versandprozesse und verhandelst mit Speditions\- und Logistikpartnern

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Fokus Finanzen ( Finanz\- und \-nungswesen mit eidg. FA, Betriebswirtschafter HF)
  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Finanzrolle, idealerweise im Handel oder Retail
  • Solides Know\-how im Finanzwesen, Controlling, Buchhaltung und Schweizer Payroll/Sozialversicherungen
  • Erfahrung und Spass in der operativen Verantwortung des HR
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit ERP\-/Finanzsystemen (MS Dynamics, Power BI) und Freude an Zahlen und Tools
  • Eine unternehmerische Hands\-on\-Mentalität und Führungserfahrung
  • Gutes Deutsch; ösisch oder Englisch sind ein Plus
  • Und wenn du selbst gerne draussenunterwegs bist– umso besser
