Professionell, regional und zukunftsorientiert

Die Gemeinden Buttisholz, Grosswangen, Eich, Hildisrieden, Neuenkirch, Nottwil, Rain, Rothenburg, Ruswil, Sempach und Triengen organisieren ihre ambulante Versorgung gemeinsam und gründen per 1. Januar 2027 die neue Spitex Sempachersee Plus AG. Die Organisation wird rund 50-000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner betreuen und ambulante Pflege sowie Hauswirtschaft in einer modernen, regional verankerten Struktur vereinen.

Für den Aufbau und die Führung dieser neuen Organisation suchen wir per Herbst 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit als

Leitung Zentrale Dienste, (Mitglied GL) 80 - 100%

In dieser zentralen Funktion übernehmen Sie operative Führungsverantwortung für die zentralen Unterstützungsbereiche der Spitex Sempachersee Plus AG. Sie stellen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team eine effiziente, kundenorientierte und zukunftsgerichtete Leistungserbringung im Bereich HR, Finanzen und Einkauf, ICT, Marketing und Kommunikation, zentraler Kundendienst sowie Koordination Fahr- und Mahlzeitendienst sicher. 

Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung wirken Sie an der strategischen Ausrichtung der Organisation mit, entwickeln die zentralen Dienste kontinuierlich weiter und schaffen die notwendigen Voraussetzungen für eine professionelle und nachhaltige Unterstützung der operativen Bereiche. Gemeinsam mit dem Verwaltungsrat und der Geschäftsleitung gestalten Sie den Aufbau einer neuen regionalen Organisation aktiv mit, setzen die Strategie um und prägen Kultur, Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung der Organisation nachhaltig mit.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der zentralen Bereiche (HR, Finanzen, ICT, Kundendienst, usw.). 
  • Gewährleistung des Finanz- und Rechnungswesens, inkl. Controlling, Budgetierung und Abschlüsse
  • Sicherstellung eines professionellen und zukunftsorientierten Personalmanagements
  • Förderung der Arbeitgeberattraktivität sowie Mitentwicklung der Unternehmenskultur
  • Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie in den Fachbereichen 
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen und Beschwerden
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen

Ihr Profil

  • Höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Mit Tarif-/Abrechnungssystemen der Spitex vertraut
  • Führungserfahrung in komplexen Organisationen mit zentralen Diensten
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Integration von Organisationen 
  • Kenntnisse in Prozessoptimierung, Projektmanagement / organisatorische Steuerung 
  • Strategische und unternehmerische Denkweise sowie Erfahrung in Veränderungsprozessen
  • Lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Gestaltungswillen und Umsetzungsstärke
