Im Alterszentrum Büel wohnen 80 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner. Diese schätzen, neben der guten Infrastruktur, die vielfältigen Dienstleistungen, welche von über 120 Mitarbeiten-den rund um die Uhr angeboten werden. Zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen, ein gutes Betriebsklima mit einer wertschätzenden Grundhaltung und gegenseitigem Vertrauen machen das Büel zu einem attraktiven Arbeitgeber.

Die Berufsbildung und das Fördern von Nachwuchskräften ist uns sehr wichtig, um das Wissen und die Fähigkeiten der Mitarbeitenden weiter geben zu können und eine positive Zukunftsperspektive zu geben.

Wir suchen per 1. August 2027 im Alterszentrum Büel in Cham eine/einen

Lernende/r Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ

Sie bewegen sich in interessanten Gebieten wie:

  • Übernahme von Aufgaben im Bereich Medizinaltechnik. Dies beinhaltet zum Beispiel die sorgfältige Blutentnahme, Blutdruck messen oder das Verbinden einer Wunde.
  • Unterstützung der Bewohnenden bei den alltäglichen Aktivitäten und helfen bei Verrichtungen, die sie nicht mehr selber ausführen können
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung vom Alltag der Bewohnenden
  • Erledigung von administrativen Aufgaben
  • Arbeiten mit digitaler Pflegedokumentation
  • interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Arzt, Spitäler und Spitex

 

Sie verfügen über:

  • Abgeschlossene obligatorische Schulbildung
  • Sehr guten mündlichen und schriftlichen Deutschkenntnissen
  • Kontaktfreude und gute Umgangsformen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Psychische Belastbarkeit und gute körperliche Verfassung
