Haben Sie Lust, mehr darüber zu erfahren? Wir suchen Sie als ... Lernende\*r Informatik EFZ (Plattformentwicklung) Deine Mission: Starte deine Lehre mit dem Basislehrjahr beim BBC in Zürich. Ab dem zweiten Lehrjahr wirst Du bei der Skyguide von erfahrenen Fachbetreuer\*innen persönlich begleitet und unterstützt. Während deiner vierjährigen Ausbildung erhältst du spannende Einblicke in die IT\-Welt der Aviatik und arbeitest an vielseitigen Aufgaben und Projekten mit. Du besuchst die Berufsfachschule in Uster und hast bei sehr guten schulischen Leistungen die Möglichkeit, die Berufsmaturität zu absolvieren. Dabei fördern wir ein Umfeld, in dem Lernen, Ausprobieren und Weiterentwickeln ausdrücklich erwünscht sind. Fehler sehen wir als wichtigen Teil des Lernprozesses. Deine Aufgaben: Behebung von Störungen, Lösung von Problemen und Unterstützung der Anwender Planung, Installation, Dokumentation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Netzen, Servern und anderen IT\-Systemen Sicherung der IT\-Infrastruktur vor Hackerangriffen und Schutz der Daten Installation und Konfiguration von Software und Hardware Überwachung der Systemleistung und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit Schulung der Anwender in der Nutzung der IT\-Systeme Mitwirkung an spannenden Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams Wen wir suchen: Sekundarschulabschluss Motiviert, hohe lernbereitschaft und Spass in der Zusammenarbeit Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen und Informatik, erste IT\-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil Teamwork: Du gibst rasches, ehrliches Feedback mit der Absicht, ein konstruktives Ergebnis oder eine Lösung zu erzielen Neugierde: Du zeigst Neugierde durch aufrichtiges Interesse an Deiner Umgebung, versuchst neue Herangehensweisen und stellst durchdachte Fragen, um ein tieferes Verständnis zu gewinnen.
