Lernende:r Kauffrau / Kaufmann EFZ (Dienstleistung und Administration)

Das lernst du Freu dich auf deine dreijährige Lehre «Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ» bei uns. Du erhältst vertiefte Einblicke in den Bereich rund um die Arbeitslosenversicherung. Auf dich warten vielseitige, herausfordernde und spannende Aufgaben in der Administration und Dienstleistung. Am Schalter und am Telefon berätst du unsere Kunden persönlich und bearbeitest ihre Anliegen. E\-Mails und Briefe schreibst du selbstständig. Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Betriebssystemen, erfasst Daten und bearbeitest sie weiter. Ebenso unterstützt du dein Team mit diversen administrativen Arbeiten. Bei Interesse kannst du lehrbegleitend die Berufsmaturität (BM) absolvieren.

Das bringst du mit

  • Sekundarschulabschluss mit guten Leistungen
  • Freude am Arbeiten mit dem Computer und Planen der Aufgaben
  • Interesse am genauen und selbständigen Arbeiten
  • Flair für Zahlen, sicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und motiviert deine mündlichen Fremdsprachenkenntnisse anzuwenden
  • Neugierig und offen gegenüber den Mitmenschen

Deine Praxisausbildnerin betreut und unterstützt dich auf dem Weg zum erfolgreichen Lehrabschluss. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und fortschrittliche Anstellungsbedingungen. 7 Wochen Ferien und eine 40\-Stunden\-Woche sind dir gewiss. Du arbeitest am Standort Brig, ein engagiertes und aufgestelltes Team erwartet dich.
