Aufgabenbereich:

  • Selbständige Führung von Liegenschaftenbuchhaltungen für ein vielseitiges Portfolio
  • Erstellung von Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung von Heiz\- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
  • Kontenabstimmung und Überwachung der Debitoren\-/Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung und Liquiditätsmanagement
  • AnsprechpartnerIn für EigentümerInnen, MieterInnen und interne Abteilungen in buchhalterischen Fragen
  • Mahn\- und Inkassowesen
  • Vorbereitung von MwSt\-Abrechnungen optierter Liegenschaften
  • Entgegennahme von Telefonanrufen auf der Hauptnummer sowie im Ringruf

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (EFZ) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung in der Buchhaltung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung oder im Immobiliensektor von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit MwSt (optierte Liegenschaften) von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse der Software GaraioREM von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
