Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einem etablierten Immobilienunternehmen in der Region Bern, suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine:n Liegenschaftsbuchhalter:in 80-100%. Das Unternehmen ist regional verankert und steht für professionelle Dienstleistungen, Verlässlichkeit und langfristige Zusammenarbeit. Der Arbeitsort ist zentral gelegen und sowohl mit dem Auto als auch den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. 

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie führen diverse Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen inklusive Mietzinswesen sowie Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung 
  • Zusätzlich verantworten Sie die Erstellung von Heiz- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen sowie Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen 
  • Sorgfältig pflegen und kontrollieren Sie Stammdaten sowie finanzrelevante Bewegungen in einem modernen ERP-System
  • Engagiert begleiten Sie interne wie externe Ansprechpartner in buchhalterischen Fragestellungen

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Immobilienbuchhaltung oder im Finanz und Rechnungswesen auf Stufe Fachausweis
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Liegenschaftenbuchhaltung bilden das ideale Profil
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse und fliessende Kenntnisse in Deutsch bringen Sie mit
  • Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, eine kommunikative Art sowie ein gesundes Mass an Eigeninitiative
