Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf und Führung eines Teams von 6-10 Mitarbeitenden
  • Überwachung des gesamten Produktionsprozesses zur Sicherstellung von Qualitäts- und Produktionszielen
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und GMP-Vorschriften sowie Gewährleistung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit
  • Umrüsten, Einstellen und Anfahren von Produktionsmaschinen sowie eigenständige Behebung kleiner Störungen
  • Erfassung von Produktionsdaten und Materialbuchungen im SAP-System
  • Übernahme von Stellvertretungsaufgaben der Schichtleitung zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Anlageführer/in EFZ, Lebensmitteltechnologe/in EFZ oder vergleichbare Erfahrung in der Produktion
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Linienführer/in oder Teamleiter/in, vorzugsweise in der Kosmetik-, Lebensmittel- oder Pharmaindustrie
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit GMP-Richtlinien und gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine motivierende, positive Führungspersönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung mit SAP von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht oder Dauernachtschicht)
