Im Rahmen unseres erfreulichen Wachstums und dem Ausbau unserer Produktionslinien suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams erfahrene Mitarbeitende für unsere Verpackungslinien.

Linienwartin / Hilfslinienwartin für Verpackungsanlagen (m/w) 100%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ausführen und Betreuen der zugewiesenen Produktionsaufträge unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Herstellvorschriften
  • GMP\-gerechtes Protokollieren der laufenden Verpackungen
  • Durchführen von IPC\-Kontrollen
  • Bedienen einfacher Geräte (z.B. Etikettierer)
  • Beheben von kleineren Störungen und kurzen Stopps an der Anlage
  • Leiten von Handverpackungen und einfachen Aufarbeitungen
  • Materialbuchungen im ERP\-System SAP durchführen
  • Überwachen der Aufträge und der Materialsituation in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktionsbüro
  • Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Zeit\- und Mengenvorgaben unter Einhaltung der Reinraum\- und GMP\-Anforderungen mit Unterstützung der Linienleitung
  • Verantwortlich für die Einarbeitung neuer Betriebsmitarbeitenden an der Linie und Führung, Betreuung, Instruktion und Förderung der zugewiesenen Betriebs\- und Temporär\-Mitarbeitenden

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung als Linienwart oder Hilfslinienwart an Verpackungsanlagen (Verpacken, Etikettieren und Codieren) im Bereich Flaschen/Dosen, vorzugsweise im Pharma\-, Kosmetik\- oder Lebensmittelumfeld (GMP\-Umgebung)
  • Organisationstalent mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3\-Schicht) und gelegentlicher Samstagsarbeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung mit Serialisierung von Vorteil
