Objectif du poste & tâches

Objectif du poste

Le/la logisticien/ne Événementiel & Catering L2 assure la logistique fluide du matériel et des événements pendant la préparation, la réalisation et le suivi des manifestations.

Le focus de la fonction est sur la mise à disposition selon la liste de colisage, le transport et la mise à disposition du matériel ainsi que le montage et démontage des événements. En même temps, la fonction soutient la logistique des marchandises et des livraisons et peut, si nécessaire, assumer toutes les tâches du domaine logistique.

Tâches principales

  • Assembler le matériel nécessaire aux événements selon la liste de colisage
  • Contrôler le matériel, les quantités et la complétude
  • Mettre à disposition la vaisselle, les verres, les couverts, le linge de table et autre matériel événementiel
  • Mettre à disposition les équipements boissons, bar, café et événementiels
  • Transporter le matériel sur le lieu de l'événement
  • Ramener et stocker le matériel après l'événement
  • Monter et démonter l'infrastructure événementielle
  • Installer et ranger les tables et mange-debout
  • Installer et démonter les stations buffet, bar et café
  • Mettre à disposition et démonter les systèmes audio et équipements techniques
  • Mettre à disposition le mobilier et autre équipement événementiel
  • Ramener correctement tout le matériel après la fin de l'événement
  • Contrôler le matériel pour sa complétude et les dommages
  • Soutenir la direction de l'événement dans toutes les tâches logistiques

Tâches :

Assurer la disponibilité du matériel et de l'équipement pendant l'événement

  • Soutenir les modifications et ajustements de dernière minute
  • Coordonner les petites questions logistiques sur place
  • Soutenir le service et la cuisine dans les tâches logistiques
  • Soutenir les livraisons et collectes de marchandises
  • Recevoir et transporter les marchandises et le matériel
  • Soutenir la logistique interne des marchandises
  • Assumer les tâches du L1 si nécessaire

Exigences :

  • Expérience professionnelle dans la logistique, l'événementiel, le catering, la gastronomie ou un domaine comparable
  • Compréhension pratique et technique
  • Bonnes capacités organisationnelles
  • Travail autonome et fiable
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et savoir-vivre
  • Bonne résistance physique
  • Capacité à gérer une charge de travail élevée
  • Disponibilité pour des horaires en soirée, week-ends et irréguliers
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B un atout
  • Bonnes connaissances de l'allemand

Responsabilités

  • Assurer une mise à disposition complète et ponctuelle du matériel
  • Gestion responsable du matériel et de l'équipement événementiel
  • Assurer un montage et démontage efficace et propre
  • Ramener et stocker correctement le matériel
  • Signaler le matériel manquant, endommagé ou défectueux
  • Respecter les consignes de sécurité, d'hygiène et de logistique de l'entreprise
