Für ein renommiertes, ökologisch ausgerichtetes und technisch hochmodernes Produktionsunternehmen in der Region Solothurn/Bern suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen motivierten: Logistik-, Lagermitarbeiter (m/w/d) in 3-4 Schicht 100%

Du suchst eine langfristige berufliche Heimat, schätzt moderne Technik und möchtest deine Erfahrung im Schichtbetrieb gewinnbringend einbringen? Dann bist du hier genau richtig!

Deine Hauptaufgaben: Warenbewegung & Logistik: Du bist zuständig für das Be- und Entladen von LKW sowie den internen Transport von Rohmaterialien und Fertigprodukten mittels Flurförderzeugen. Lagerverwaltung: Du lagerst Waren fachgerecht ein und aus, führst Buchungen im ERP-System durch und stellst die Materialversorgung der Produktionsanlagen sicher. Kommissionierung & Verpackung: Du stellst Kundenbestellungen präzise zusammen, verpackst sie transporthandlich und bereitest die Versanddokumente vor. Qualität \& Ordnung: Du führst Warenausgangs- und Eingangskontrollen durch und sorgst für Sauberkeit, Sicherheit und Ordnung in deinem Lagerbereich.

Dein Profil: Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistiker/in EFZ/EBA oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Lager-/Logistikbereich eines Industrie- oder Produktionsbetriebs. Fahrausweise: SUVA-anerkannter Staplerausweis und Kranausweis ist Pflicht. Mobilität (Zwingend): Führerausweis Kat. B und ein eigenes Auto sind aufgrund des Schichtbetriebs zwingend erforderlich. Schichtbereitschaft: Hohe Bereitschaft zum Einsatz im 3-Schichtsystem (Früh, Spät, Nacht) sowie flexibel bei zeitweisem 4-Schichtbetrieb. Sprachen & EDV: Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Routine im Umgang mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen (MS-Office / ERP). Persönlichkeit: Anpackende Denkweise, hohe Zuverlässigkeit, körperliche Belastbarkeit und Freude an der Teamarbeit.
